ABOUT THE IMAGE: Towne Hall Follies is an Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoon with some hilarious touches from animator Tex Avery. The short film features a female vaudeville singer Bunny Lou who is chased on a tightrope by the villain Blackie Sourpuss before being saved by Oswald. It was released on June 17, 1935 by Walter Lantz Studios. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit was originally created by Walt Disney and was reacquired from Universal in 2006.
